Details of the Mega Millions Pool

· Whenever the Mega Millions jackpot is 30 Million Dollars or higher, we have a pool open to anyone who would like to participate.

· Each participant puts one dollar into the pool.

· Dollars are collected until approximately 6pm the night of the drawing.

· All tickets are “quick picks” ie. they are randomly generated electronically by the lottery machine and are not individually selected numbers.

· The Mega Millions drawing is televised live every Tuesday and Friday at 10pm on WGN, Channel 9.

· Any winnings are divided equally among all of the participants of that particular pool.

· All tickets are kept in an envelope with a list of the original participants of that particular pool.

· Any winnings below $100 are reinvested in the Mega Millions (or occasionally the Illinois Lotto) on behalf of the same participants of the original winning pool. Subsequent winnings for that group are again reinvested in the next pool.

· Details are updated on the www.bargecaptains.com website.

· An e-mail will also be sent to all participants after the drawing notifying them of the results of the pool and details on any forthcoming pools.

· Participants also have the option of putting additional dollars “on reserve” for future drawings…one dollar will be put in each pool until the reserve dollars are depleted.

· Reserve dollars can be given in cash or sent via check.
